Do you have a behavior, a belief or a symptom that is holding you back? Hypnotherapy can transform negative experience in a single session. Traditional talk therapy can take months or years to bring to the conscious mind the self-defeating origins that dwell in the unconscious. Some of the issues that come up in session are:

The work

In a single 90-minute hypnotherapy session, you can let go of a limiting burden that you have been carrying for years, or even your whole life. After a session, you walk away with a recording that is uniquely yours and a transformative flowsheet and you listen and review as needed. Someone who is more open to change may not have to review the work at all. Someone who has deeply ingrained patterns will listen daily for 30 days to complete the transformation. Everyone can do hypnosis, we are hypnotized every day by our phones and televisions and even the road we drive on.

Common single session issues are lifestyle issues and phobias. Multiple sessions are indicated for abuse and trauma, personality issues, and deeply rooted emotional issues.

The process

First, you have an initial assessment interview with Stacy. In this brief session, you will discuss your primary goal, any concerns or limitations (limits in range of motion, phobias), review the process of a hypnotherapy session and set the appointment for your hypnotherapy session. You can set any following sessions as you desire without going through the assessment step.

The intake interview is the first step of the process AFTER you have purchased a package. If you are unsure about whether you are ready for hypnotherapy, do your research! If you struggle with making decisions, you can address that in a session. Anything GOOD that you desire can become your reality.

How it works: an example

  1. Identify the problem: fear of public speaking
  2. Meet to discuss the feelings and experience: Last time I spoke, I felt panicked and my voice was shaky, I noticed a tightness in my chest and my palms were sweaty.
  3. Experience the hypnotherapy session: First, listen to the relaxing monologue while reclining comfortably. Second, respond to guided questions about the experience. Third, respond to instructions bringing up source memories that the body is responding to. Four, heal the memories and nervous system through guided reframing and repairing prompts. Five, come fully back to the present.
  4. Review the reframing prompts as needed
  5. Speak to groups or crowds with confidence, calm and enjoyment
