Serving Georgia families since 2017

How we can help

Depression and anxiety diagnoses have risen sharply since the pandemic. Whether you are facing a major life change, difficulty in you mood or challenges in work or home life, our group practice matches you with the right therapist for your family’s needs. We serve adults, teens, and children in individual and family sessions weekly or biweekly to treat depressed or anxious mood, relational or social problems, and difficult behaviors or unwanted habits.

While it is easy to get lost in today’s largescale practices or get routed to remote therapists in another state, our boutique practice is committed to offering in-person, individualized, dependable therapy to support better outcomes and a better experience.

Who we help

Adults

Life’s seasons are sometimes too much to process on your own. It may be transitioning into retirement, caretaking a loved one, post partum challenges, job stress, marital problems, grief and loss or addictive behaviors causing intense mood challenges. Therapy addresses these issues in proven, effective approaches over a short period of time.

For adults, we offer individual therapy including psychodynamic approaches like IFS and CBT approaches such as ACT. Our clients love our comfortable, quiet offices where they can come week after week to de-stress and process whatever challenges they are facing.

Teens and pre-teens

Adolescents, often coming to therapy for the first time, get one-on-one support working on issues like identity, social anxiety, and self expression. Our therapists support the teen and their family by listening and offering the space to process, reflect, and find the next right step.

Children 5 and up

Children can get overwhelmed with change and have difficulty identifying emotions and expressing them. We help children regulate emotions, modify behaviors, and connect in productive ways. Our therapists offer a supportive presence where children can talk openly about their fears and their hopes, their experiences and their questions. We interface with parents to offer perspectives on parenting, relating, and balancing all the responsibilities of life. Families in crisis especially benefit from therapy support in processing change, grief, and conflict.
