Transform in a day
Do you have a behavior, a belief or a symptom that is holding you back? Hypnosis can transform your habits in a single session. Traditional talk therapy can take months or years to change the unconscious desires and beliefs. Some of the ways hypnosis can help are:
- Build self confidence
- Overcome phobias
- Reduce or eliminate substances
- Improve sleep
- Manage pain
- Grieve and let go
- Improve performance
The work
In a single hypnosis session, you undergo a journey into the unconscious to install healthy beliefs and choices. After a session, you walk away with a recording that is uniquely yours that you listen to as you fall asleep for 30 days for maximum effect. Everyone can experience hypnosis, we are hypnotized every day by our phones and televisions and even the road we drive on.
“In one session, I was able to work through my fear of public speaking”
The process
Using the link below, you may purchase and book your Saturday hypnosis session. You will be contacted to set up a brief interview by phone to discuss your primary goal, any concerns or limitations (limits in range of motion, phobias), and review the process.
The intake interview is the first step of the process AFTER you have purchased a session and set an appointment. If you are unsure about whether you are ready for hypnosis, you may decide to do some research. If you struggle with making decisions, you can address that in a session. Anything GOOD that you desire can become your reality.

Invest in yourself, the return is abundant living
How it works
- Identify the targeted behavior or belief
- Discuss the experiences and feelings around this problem
- In session: Listen to a relaxing monologue while reclining, then respond to guided questions while listening to instruction. Then after a brief awakening, enjoy the rest of your day!
- Listen to the recorded part of session with earphones as you go to sleep for 30 days as needed
Hypnosis is a power tool that allows you to change subconscious beliefs, desires, and behaviors and should only be undertaken with professional guidance and thoughtful consideration of possible outcomes.
