The Mind Renewed is a family-oriented practice where parents are supported and encouraged to participate in the treatment from assessment to planning to processing.
Our self pay rate for children and adolescents is $75-100. Insurance is filed with participating networks including BCBS (all plans), Aetna, and Cigna. Contact your insurance for an estimate of copay or deductible. We are not accepting Medicaid plans or Peachstate at this time. With United Healthcare, only out of network benefits apply.
If you are ready to schedule an appointment, you may find available times in our patient portal. A link will be sent to the email you provide for paperwork, which must be completed prior to confirmation of the booking. If you do not receive a link within 24 hours of request, please contact us at 678-243-9118.
