Therapists
Our masters-level clinicians employ research-based techniques in weekly or biweekly sessions to improve mood, habits, and relationships. We continue to offer in-person sessions to promote a more effective and closer therapeutic relationship.

Stacy Froelich, LCSW
Clinical director and owner
A licensed clinical social worker, I provide psycho-therapeutic services to support emotional and relational well-being. I draw on a range of psychodynamic models in the therapeutic process (including IFS, AEDP, RET, SFBT, schema therapy, and DBT).
In my work, I have assisted clients in improving mood, decreasing anxiety, developing relationship skills, processing trauma or grief, and building confidence and independence. I also use proven techniques for emotionally relating and improving communication to aid intimate couples in crisis.
After graduating from the University of Georgia in Social Work in 2012, I spent my first post graduate years working in psychiatric hospitals where I focused on acute mental illness and supporting families in crisis. After gaining extensive experience in mental health management, I transitioned into a private practice to follow my passion for psychotherapy work.
As a clinical director, I work closely with associates to develop an individualized treatment process for each client and foster an environment of acceptance, evolution and fulfillment. I welcome you to work with me or one of my associates to apply transformative approaches to your issues.
As a therapist, I treat adolescents and adults walking through a challenging part of their lives: instilling hope, building on strengths and capacities, and working together on goals to move forward. I see clients for concerns such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, difficulty with self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. I explore areas of spirituality, identity development, and career planning for those who feel stuck or inauthentic.
I use a person-centered approach, using evidence-based methods to frame our work together (including CBT, narrative, existential, IFS, and humanistic models). I provide a warm, inviting space for you to feel heard, valued, and accepted for exactly who you are. I bring connection and creativity into the therapeutic environment and I feel called to partner with others to find relief from the weight that they are carrying.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Georgia along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. My experience in multiple settings, including private practice, community clinics, summer camps, and educational spaces widens my vision for clients to include their environment and their life’s work.

My style is warm and comforting. I specialize in being a great listener and someone who can work with you to work out your daily stressors and long term challenges. I can help you organize your thoughts in a way that feels more manageable so you can reach your goals and achieve your full potential. My approach is client centered and strengths based. My experience in helping people includes a wide range of people from all ages, races, and backgrounds, including those with mental health challenges and those who have experienced trauma and oppression.
In addition to working with young adults, I specialize in working with children and families through expressive and play-based therapy. Using art, games, toys, storytelling, and other creative activities, I create a safe, engaging environment where children can express themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop the skills they need to thrive. I partner closely with parents to strengthen family relationships and support lasting growth beyond the therapy room.
I’d love to help you practice new coping skills, gain emotional awareness, and embrace your strengths to fulfill your highest potential.
I lived my life surrounded by the mental health environment. I helped my family to build an agency to provide residential wraparound around care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. I worked in a wide range of environments as I got my Bachelors from Georgia State University and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia including research labs, medical centers, schools, community spaces, and places of worship. I find joy in spending time with my husband and five children doing things such as fellowshipping with the church, playing badminton, traveling, and volunteering to feed the food insecure.

I enjoy working with adults and teen to navigate the difficulties that come with life. I’m dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and develop the tools to create meaningful change. Whether you’re working through mood concerns, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, substance use, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I’d be honored to be part of your journey. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you — because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.
I draw from a range of evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, blending techniques to fit your unique goals and values. What that looks like in practice: practical coping strategies, stronger communication skills, and real insight you can carry beyond the therapy room.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Georgia. My background includes community mental health and court-mandated substance abuse treatment — experience that has deepened my commitment to meeting clients where they are, without judgment..

I approach my work in each session with genuine empathy and an unwavering commitment to helping individuals overcome life’s most difficult obstacles. With a professional background spanning eight years in paraprofessional roles focused on addiction and substance abuse recovery, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to my clinical practice. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-driven, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and psychoeducation to address the distinct needs of every individual I serve.
As a fluent Spanish and English speaker, I am proud to offer inclusive, linguistically accessible services to a broad and diverse population. I prioritize establishing a therapeutic space rooted in warmth, trust, and emotional safety—an environment where you can feel empowered to explore personal growth and pursue lasting change.
I currently operate under the clinical oversight and supervision of Stacy Froelich, LCSW, as I work toward full licensure. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Armstrong State University before going on to complete my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, graduating Cum Laude.
When I step away from my professional responsibilities, I find joy in outdoor activities such as hiking and cherish time spent with my two German Shepherds. I remain steadfast in my dedication to supporting each client’s unique journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
