Therapists
Those who attend therapy find long-lasting support in working with the right therapist. We continue to offer in-person sessions to promote a close therapeutic relationship.

Stacy Froelich, LCSW
Clinical director and owner
A licensed clinical social worker, I provide psycho-therapeutic services to support emotional and relational well-being. I draw on a range of psychodynamic models in the therapeutic process (including IFS, AEDP, RET, SFBT, schema therapy, and DBT).
In my work, I have assisted clients in improving mood, decreasing anxiety, developing relationship skills, processing trauma or grief, and building confidence and independence. I also use proven techniques for emotionally relating and improving communication to aid intimate couples in crisis.
After graduating from the University of Georgia in Social Work in 2012, I spent my first post graduate years working in psychiatric hospitals where I focused on acute mental illness and supporting families in crisis. After gaining extensive experience in mental health management, I transitioned into a private practice to follow my passion for psychotherapy work.
As a clinical director, I work closely with associates to develop an individualized treatment process for each client and foster an environment of acceptance, evolution and fulfillment. I welcome you to work with me or one of my associates to apply transformative approaches to your issues.
As a therapist, I treat adolescents and adults walking through a challenging part of their lives: instilling hope, building on strengths and capacities, and working together on goals to move forward. I see clients for concerns such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, difficulty with self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. I explore areas of spirituality, identity development, and career planning for those who feel stuck or inauthentic.
I use a person-centered approach, using evidence-based methods to frame our work together (including CBT, narrative, existential, IFS, and humanistic models). I provide a warm, inviting space for you to feel heard, valued, and accepted for exactly who you are. I bring connection and creativity into the therapeutic environment and I feel called to partner with others to find relief from the weight that they are carrying.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Georgia along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. My experience in multiple settings, including private practice, community clinics, summer camps, and educational spaces widens my vision for clients to include their environment and their life’s work.
Julia is currently an associate-licensed professional and under the administrative and clinical supervision of Stacy Froelich, LCSW, and Amanda Marks, LPC, CPCS, as she pursues independent licensure.

Therapist
As a social worker, I enjoy working with children and families to identify goals that match their unique needs and preferences. I help those experiencing difficulty with mood, trauma, and behavioral issues to find effective ways to experience and adjust to challenges. In the process, I bring energy and hope where it is most needed.
Using an eclectic approach, I employ CBT, IFS, ACT, play therapy, and DBT to build healthy skillsets with clients. I have worked in community health, foster care, and educational settings and understand the importance of treating each individual as a part of the systems that effect their wellbeing.
Laura holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Social Work and is an associate-licensed professional under the supervision of Stacy Froelich, LCSW
As a young working mother, I understand how demanding life can seem and I am passionate about helping others by finding new ways of thinking, changing patterns of behaviors, and developing capacities that make life not only manageable but rewarding. My experience at a recovery facility instilled a passion in me for working with people who are motivated for change and seeking growth. As a former middle school teacher, I work on creating an environment that fosters development and learning, one of comfort and understanding.
I focus on techniques in cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness and acceptance, and conflict resolution to promote the change my clients are seeking. I work with clients dealing with substance misuse, mood instability, or relationship issues work to improve their thoughts, behaviors, and learn communication and coping strategies.
Andi works with adults and adolescents struggling with substance use and mood disorders. Her prior experience includes as a counselor at Twin Lakes Recovery and a public school educator. As a pre-licensed professional, she is under the supervision of Stacy Froelich, LCSW
