Daily planner for living well

As a therapist, I follow a treatment plan to guide the work but I find that clients who journal outside of session make the most progress. While there is no wrong way to journal, I have created a journal that includes all the therapy-based components of self care. One of the basic barriers with personal growth is low self esteem and mistrust of self. Showing up for yourself builds a foundation of self worth and self confidence that opens the path to all kinds of personal growth. Keeping a daily log like this can break you out of the pattern of making vague promises to self that just get broken.
